Abstract
Higher education accreditation serves as a critical mechanism for ensuring institutional accountability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. However, traditional approaches to accreditation often emphasize data collection and compliance, which can obscure the human stories and transformative experiences behind institutional success.
This research will apply the Narrative Policy Framework (NPF) to create a model of storytelling as a powerful strategy for higher education institutions to articulate their impact and strengthen accreditation narratives.
