Abstract

The Learning Commons at Franklin University needed an innovative approach to communicating changes within our organization and to the broader university community. Migrating to a new LSP, changes in proctoring vendors, and other high‑impact changes are frequent within a department that includes library, testing, and academic support services. We faced many challenges while we figured out what worked (and what did not) and celebrated many wins along the way. We would like to share our experience and what worked to streamline our communications to stakeholders, adjuncts, faculty, staff, and students alike.
